The following students are eligible for Convocation in 2018:
Undergraduate and graduate coursework students who successfully fulfill graduation requirements.
Graduate research students who are conferred the degrees from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 (both dates inclusive)
Please refer to the additional information below for more details on your eligibility for Convocation.
Registration to attend Convocation 2018 via the Student portal (Convocation Registration) opens from 20 August 2018*.
If you have been conferred your degree from July 2017 onwards, please register your attendance now. For those who have completed their degree requirements by the end of Semester 1 2017/2018, please register after the release of your examination results or upon receiving your electronic conferment letter. If you expect to complete all degree requirements in 2nd Semester 2017/2018, please register your attendance now.
* As the seat numbers are computer-generated, those who do not register their attendance online by 2nd Sep 2018 will not be seated or be presented with their cohort.
After registering your attendance for the Convocation ceremonies, .
If you have any outstanding fees with the University, you are required to settle them before Convocation or your electronic conferment letter, degree scroll and/or transcript will be withheld.

1. All applicants have to upload the following:
i) A recent formal Passport size Photo (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) in Jpeg format (50 Kb) which will be incorporated on Original Degree Certificate.
ii) A scanned copy of the Aadhar Card
2. In addition, all Post Graduate/M.Phil/Ph.D. degrees/Diploma applicants must also upload scanned copies of
(i) SSC Certificate and
(ii) Lower Qualifying Degree. If Lower qualification Degree is not available, upload scanned copy of the filled in Annexure-I.
Note: Incomplete applications will summarily be rejected without any intimation.
